Our Resolution Centre provides fast and friendly help if you are concerned about your experience in-store or online with My IT Shop or want to give feedback on our services. We can guide you through each step necessary to address any issue you may have encountered while dealing with us, to help ensure it is swiftly resolved.
Once submitted, our team will be notified and a dedicated team member will be assigned to your case. They’ll review the information provided by you and the appropriate location or job, before making a final decision. In some cases, we may need to contact you to gather additional information, before we can make a decision.
If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of this process, you are free to contact the appropriate office.
Our current response times are:
- Initial submit: two (2) working days
- Investigation: two-ten (10) working days depending on the complexity of the case
- Follow-up: three (3) working days
