What Each Role Involves

Computer repair technician
You'd diagnose Windows, macOS, hardware and data-transfer issues, complete SSD, RAM, cooling, screen, keyboard and board-level triage jobs, and keep customers updated with clear repair notes. It helps to have hands-on PC and laptop repair experience, explain issues in plain English and stay organised with job notes, parts and testing.
Senior phone technician
You'd repair screens, batteries, charge ports, cameras, speakers and small parts, support junior technicians with diagnostics and quality checks, and handle estimates, parts suitability and completion testing. It helps to have strong Apple and Android repair experience, careful workmanship and helpful communication.
Store manager
You'd lead store workflow, customer communication and daily priorities, support sales across repairs, refurbished devices, accessories and services, and coordinate staff, job flow and follow-ups. It helps to have retail leadership experience, a customer-first mindset and a genuine interest in technology and local service.
