Do I get an appointment time straight away?
No. We take the details first, then call to confirm the issue, price expectations, technician availability and a suitable time.
What suburbs do you cover?
Noosa, Noosaville and nearby Sunshine Coast suburbs. Send us the address and we'll confirm.
What does a home visit cover?
Anything that depends on the home: Wi-Fi coverage, printers, routers, TVs, accounts, cables and how devices connect together, plus new device setup and advice on what to replace next.
What does a small business visit cover?
Desk-side help for offices, clinics, shops and home businesses: workstations, printers, Wi-Fi checks, email and user support, with clear notes if a job should move into managed IT.
Can you bring networking equipment?
Yes, if we know what's needed. We confirm stock, pricing and suitability when we call you back.
Is on-site support the same as managed IT?
No. On-site is a booked visit for a specific problem. Managed IT is ongoing business support, and we can talk about it if your needs keep recurring.
Can every issue be fixed on site?
Not always. Hardware repairs, parts and board-level faults may need workshop time, and we explain the best path.
