Is the check-up really free?
Yes. Every repair starts with a free check-up, so you know what's wrong before you decide anything.
Do I need to book?
No. Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 3:00. Booking just helps us get ready for your device.
Do you repair both iPhone and Android?
Yes. We work on Apple, Samsung, Google and other Android devices, depending on parts availability and whether the repair makes sense.
How do you work out the price?
It depends on the model, the fault, the part and whether data, water damage or board-level work is involved. We confirm the price after the check-up, before any work starts.
What if I mainly need my photos and files?
Tell us when you book. We can talk through data transfer and recovery options, including when your data matters more than a full repair.
Can water-damaged devices be saved?
Sometimes. Water treatment is an assessment and a clean, not a guaranteed fix. The sooner it's checked, the better its chances.
